Painting Update
Building 3: Walk thru on Building 3 has been completed and we will progress with the “Punch Out” work as noted in the “Punch List.”
Building 4: Preliminary Punch List for Building 4 has been created. We will progress with that work and focus on completing the perimeter wall once operations resume. When asked, please make sure that your cars are moved away from the area as neither the Painters, nor the Association will be responsible for damage incurred to your property by disregarding notice.
Building 5: All work on Building 5 has been suspended until further notice.
