Painting Update
Building 3: Walk thru on Building 3 has been completed and we will progress with the last few items on the “Punch List.”
Building 4: Final “Punch List” for Building 4 has been created and work will be completed 8 May 2026.
Building 5: Repair, prime and paint will begin the week of 4 May 2026 and continue until complete.
When notified, please cooperate and move your vehicle from the area. Neither the Painters, nor the Association will be responsible for damage incurred to your property by disregarding notice.
Please do not approach workers on the job site with questions or requests. Homeowners should not attempt to schedule or direct workers, use crews’ tools, supplies, or equipment.
